Program descriptions, schedules, availability, instructors, requirements, and other details may be updated at any time.
3. Registration
Certain programs and services are registered through Jackrabbit Class or another third party registration platform.
Submitting a registration does not override class capacity, age requirements, skill requirements, invitation requirements, payment obligations, waivers, or other program policies.
Hot Springs Gymnastics reserves the right to determine appropriate class placement based on factors including age, ability, safety, readiness, and program requirements.
4. Parent and Guardian Responsibility
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for registering minor participants and providing accurate information.
Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing all applicable program policies, waivers, safety requirements, payment terms, and registration information before enrolling a child.
5. Athlete Placement
Placement within a class or program may depend on:
Age
Current ability
Prior experience
Coach evaluation
Skill mastery
Physical readiness
Program availability
Safety considerations
Certain classes and competitive programs may require evaluation, recommendation, or invitation from an HSG coach.
Enrollment in one level does not guarantee advancement to another level.
6. Trial Classes
Trial classes may be available for certain programs.
Availability is not guaranteed and may depend on class capacity, age, level, program requirements, and scheduling
A trial class does not guarantee future enrollment or placement in a particular class.
7. Competitive Gymnastics
Competitive gymnastics requires a greater level of training, attendance, commitment, and participation than recreational programs.
Participation may be offered through coach recruitment or invitation.
Additional team policies, financial commitments, competition requirements, travel expectations, apparel requirements, and seasonal commitments may apply.
Competitive athletes and their families may be required to agree to separate team policies or agreements.
8. Payments
Program fees, tuition, deposits, event fees, camp fees, party fees, and other charges may be processed through third party payment providers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying all charges associated with their registrations and services.
Specific payment schedules, cancellation policies, deposits, refunds, credits, and late payment requirements may vary by program.
Where a separate registration agreement, party agreement, team agreement, camp policy, or payment policy applies, the terms of that agreement will also govern participation.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, withdrawal, refund, credit, and make up policies may vary depending on the program or event.
Families are responsible for reviewing the applicable policy before registering.
Certain deposits, registrations, event payments, or other fees may be nonrefundable where stated at the time of registration.
10. Camps, Events, and Birthday Parties
Camps, clinics, open gyms, Parents Night Out events, birthday parties, and other special programs may have separate eligibility requirements, schedules, fees, deposits, waiver requirements, cancellation policies, and participation rules.
Registration for these services constitutes agreement to the policies presented during registration or communicated by Hot Springs Gymnastics.
11. Safety and Assumption of Risk
Gymnastics, tumbling, Ninja activities, fitness activities, camps, open gym, and related programs involve physical activity and inherent risks.
Participation may involve risks including falls, collisions, strains, sprains, fractures, and other injuries.
Participants and their parents or guardians are responsible for following coach instructions, safety requirements, gym rules, and applicable participation guidelines.
Participation may also require completion of a separate liability waiver or assumption of risk agreement
Nothing on this website replaces or modifies any separate waiver signed in connection with participation.
12. Medical Information
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing relevant medical, allergy, emergency contact, or other safety information requested during registration.
Hot Springs Gymnastics does not provide medical advice through this website.
If you have questions about whether participation is appropriate for your child, consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
13. Photos and Media
Hot Springs Gymnastics may use photography or video from classes, competitions, events, camps, or other activities when appropriate permissions have been obtained.
Any media release or photography consent requirements may be addressed separately through registration documents, waivers, or participation agreements.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, branding, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Hot Springs Gymnastics LLC.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
