Competitive Gymnastics

at Hot Springs Gymnastics

Hot Springs Gymnastics launched its competitive gymnastics program in June 2022, creating an opportunity for dedicated athletes to take their training, confidence, and love for the sport to the next level.

Rather than holding traditional tryouts, our competitive athletes are invited from within our preschool and recreational programs. We look for gymnasts who consistently demonstrate dedication, passion, focus, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to grow within the sport.

Commitment, Growth & Team

Competitive gymnastics is a year round sport that requires commitment for a full competitive season, running from May through April.

Our goal is to help each athlete grow in strength, skill, discipline, confidence, and sportsmanship while being supported by coaches who believe in their potential.
