Little Gymnasts. Big Beginnings.

Preschool + Kindergarten Gymnastics at HSG

Some of the biggest confidence starts with the smallest steps.

Our Preschool and Kindergarten Gymnastics Program introduces young children to movement, coordination, strength, listening skills, independence, and the foundations of gymnastics in a fun and encouraging environment.

From their very first Parent + Me experience to more advanced preschool gymnastics, every class is designed to meet little athletes where they are and help them grow at their own pace.

Find Their Perfect Starting Point

Moving Minnows

Parent + Me | Walking Age - 2.5 years old

A sweet first introduction to movement, gymnastics, and social play for our youngest little movers.

With a parent or caregiver right beside them, children explore climbing, balancing, coordination, and movement through fun guided activities designed for growing bodies and curious minds.

Moving Minnows helps little ones build confidence, develop gross motor skills, experience group learning, and become comfortable exploring the gym.

Tumbling Tadpoles

Parent + Me | Walking to Age 3

Move, explore, learn, and play together.

Tumbling Tadpoles gives young children the opportunity to experience gymnastics alongside a parent or caregiver while developing coordination, balance, climbing, jumping, and other foundational movement skills.

Children also begin practicing simple directions, group participation, and social interaction while building confidence in a playful and supportive environment.

Powerful Pollywogs

Ages 2.5 to 3.5 | Transitional Preschool Gymnastics

Big steps begin with little leaps! Powerful Pollywogs is the perfect next step for children moving from Tumbling Tadpoles toward our Flying Frogs class for 3 year olds.

In this fun and supportive class, our coaches encourage little gymnasts to explore, participate, and grow more comfortable learning alongside their peers. Through guided activities, children build confidence and independence, practice listening and following simple directions, and develop balance, coordination, and foundational gymnastics skills.

A little note for parents: Our goal is for children to participate independently without a parent on the gym floor. Parents and caregivers must remain available to join their child if a coach requests additional support.

Flying Frogs

Preschool Gymnastics | Ages 3 to 5

This is where independent gymnastics begins.

Flying Frogs introduces young athletes to foundational gymnastics skills while helping them grow in coordination, confidence, independence, listening, and classroom readiness.

Our coaches create a structured but playful environment where children can learn new skills, interact with their peers, and become more comfortable following directions without a parent on the gym floor.

Cartwheeling Crocodiles

Intermediate Preschool Gymnastics | Coach Invitation

Ready for the next challenge?

Cartwheeling Crocodiles is designed for young gymnasts who have developed strong foundational skills in Flying Frogs and are ready to continue progressing.

Athletes begin working on more challenging gymnastics skills while strengthening coordination, focus, confidence, listening, and the ability to follow more detailed instructions.

Enrollment is available by coach invitation to ensure each gymnast is ready for the skills, pace, and expectations of the class.

Kipping Kobras

Advanced Preschool Gymnastics | Coach Invitation

For little gymnasts who are ready to go even further.

Kipping Kobras is the next step after Cartwheeling Crocodiles and gives advanced preschool athletes more time in the gym to build strength, coordination, confidence, technique, and increasingly challenging gymnastics skills.

The structured class environment encourages independence, focus, teamwork, and a positive mindset while preparing young gymnasts for their next stage of development.

Kipping Kobras is available by coach invitation based on each athlete's progress and readiness.
