Athletes should wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows them to move safely and freely. Leotards are always a great option for gymnastics, but fitted athletic wear may also be appropriate depending on the program.
For safety, please avoid clothing with zippers, buttons, denim, or other hard details that may catch on equipment. Long hair should be pulled back, and jewelry should be kept to a minimum.

Some classes are based on age, while others are based on skill level, coach evaluation, or invitation. If your child has previous gymnastics or tumbling experience, reach out to our team and we can help determine the best placement.
