This class involves parent/caretaker participation and is a great way to bond with the child. The movements and activities in Parents and Tot classes help set up the brain for learning in the future. These movements organize and develop the roadmap for the brain. Children learn through gymnastics and play because they enjoy it and it stimulates repetition.
Tumbling Tadpoles
This class is designed for children between walking to 2 years of age. This class involves parent/caretaker participation and is a great way to bond with the child. Children will develop their gross motor skills and be introduced to a group activity!
Flying Frogs/Flying Frogs 2
This class is designed to improve a young child's coordination and confidence through basic introductory gymnastics. The structured format will help students develop listening skills and social awareness along with basic gymnastics skills.
