Hot Springs Gymnastics launched its competitive gymnastics program in June, 2022.

Hot Springs Gymnastics does not hold tryouts for its competitive team. Athletes are recruited from within our recreational program. Some students may be moved to a pre-team, in order to prepare them for our competitive program for the next season, while others might be directly recruited from one of our recreational classes. 

In our decision, we look for students with dedication and passion for the sport of gymnastics, as well as strong work ethic.

Competitive gymnastics is a year round sport and requires a commitment of a full competitive season, from May - April of the calendar year.
